We had placed an order to be sent to a friend, who is now in hospice care. We chose an arrangement that we thought would bring him a joyful distraction from what he is going through. Unfortunately the arrangement that was sent, was not what we expected, since we were going by a photo on the website. We contacted, via E-mail, Emotional Bonding, and they responded in a very timely manner to our concerns. We explained what it was about the arrangement that we were not happy with. When they received the photo of the arrangement that had been sent, they understood what we were not happy with. The situation was quickly taken care of. All this was done in a very respectful manner. We appreciated being listened to and understood. We definitely recommend Emotional Bounding!
