Unfortunately the arrangement that was sent, was not what we expected, since we were going by a photo on the website. We contacted, via E-mail, Emotional Bonding, and they responded in a very timely manner to our concerns. We explained what it was about the arrangement that we were not happy with. When they received the photo of the arrangement that had been sent, they understood what we were not happy with. The situation was quickly taken care of.
